Our group constructed the Starbucks location at the historic Casa Monica Hotel in St. Augustine.
Originally built in 1888, the Casa Monica is one of Florida's most iconic luxury hotels, presenting a unique challenge: integrating a modern coffee retail environment within a highly preserved architectural setting.
Catullo's Italian - Nocatee
Our group constructed the second Catullo's location, a well-known dining concept in Northeast Florida.
Bringing this space to life required a balance of functionality and atmosphere-delivering a build that supports a high-performing kitchen while creating an inviting environment for guests.
